Champagne, Burgundy and Loire Valley (Cont’d)
Day 5: Loire Valley Est.
Departure for the Loire Valley.
Visit, tasting and buffet lunch at the Chateau du Nozet. This Domain is famous around the world for its white wines made of Sauvignon Blanc.
After a walk in the vineyards, you take part into a private visit of the winery.
Of course, you will taste their wines of the best "cuvees" (Pouilly Fumé de la Doucette).
A buffet lunch is served with wines of the domain.
Your chauffeur guide drives you to Sancerre.
After a presentation of the Sancerre vineyard, you are welcomed to the caves of La Poussie and Comte Lafond for a wine tasting of white, rose and red wines.
Landing with a helicopter by the Chateau, visit of the domain, visit of the winery and wine tasting at the Chateau du Nozet is exclusively for "Wine Tours Inc." customers.
Departure from the Chateau du Nozet in a helicopter for a flight over the Chateau of Chaumont sur Loire, Blois, Cheverny and Chambord.
 
The helicopter takes you to your 4*L for check in and dinner.
Domaine des Hauts de Loire restaurant is rated 1*Michelin.
Day 6: Heart of the Loire Valley. 
You visit one of the best Vouvray makers, Domain Vigneau Chevreau.
Created in 1875, this Domain has been expanding for the last five generations and now owns 26 hectares in different parts of the Vouvray appellation region.
The visit of the cave is followed by wine tasting of dry, medium dry, sweet and sparkling Vouvray.
Lunch is at your leisure in Chinon.
Early afternoon, the Chateau de Ligre welcomes us for a visit of its vineyard in Chinon.
You are welcomed to the land of the lovely Chateau de Ligré built in XIX century and praised by the famous French writer Rabelais.
Since1971 this domain belongs to Pierre Ferrand - keen wine maker, who will share with you his love to Chinon wines, and are wine makers for three generations.
In their caves, we taste 5 red wines including matured wines.
To end the tasting of Loire Valley red wines, we go to Bourgueil
at the Domain de la Chevalerie in Restigné.
Established in 1640, this Domain is always in the possession of the same family. Mr. Caslot is the 14th generation of wine makers. The family property is 32 hectares and elaborates fantastic red wines made of cabernet franc. His best vintage is made of 70 years old vines.
