2008, 7 Day, 6 night Escorted Wine Tour Burgundy and Loire Valley
The wine makers we have selected for the tours are part of the best for each appellation. The wines you will taste are only wines suitable for my personal cellar. I have been buying wines for many years as a professional and wine lover. We are happy to offer you our connections with unique family Domains as well as the most famous French wineries.
Sunday October 21st: Arrival to Paris, night in town.
 On arrival, personalized transfer from Charles De Gaulle to Paris hotel.
You may check in at your 4* Paris hotel after 2.00 PM.
This nice hotel is located not far from Paris shopping district and the Champs Elysees.
7.00 PM: Your expert wine guide welcomes you in the lobby of the hotel, where we explain the complete itinerary of the week.
Free time in Paris for dinner.
 Monday October 22nd: Burgundy North, Cotes de Nuits.
9.00 AM: Check-out and transfer to Burgundy.
Drive through the vineyards along "Route des Grands Crus", passing Chambolle-Musigny, Vosnes Romanée,
Nuits-St- Georges and Aloxe Corton.
Lunch is booked in a classic restaurant near Nuits Saint Georges. Drinks included.
Transfer and visit of the Chateau Clos Vougeot.
Founded in 1098 by monks, the vineyard of Clos de Vougeot covers 50 hectares.
Its wines are one of the most famous in Burgundy.
Today the vineyard is divided between 80 owners.
Chateau Clos Vougeot is listed by UNESCO as a world heritage.
Wine tasting in Nuits Saint Georges at the Domaine Remoriquet.
  Gilles Remoriquet elaborates very elegant wines. The Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru are incredibly rich with round tannins
