| 13 - Morellino and the Maremma |
MAREMMA is one of the wildest
and most beautiful regions of Tuscany. It's a region of
valleys covered with olive and Mediterranean maquis
(evergreen) where horses and wild boar roam freely. It's
most famous wine, Morellino di Scansano, captures the colors,
flavors, and imagination of the area.
